US Specialty Food Sales Top $100 Billion; Cheese Still Top Category

US sales of specialty foods topped $100 billion for the first time last year, with retail and foodservice sales reaching a record $109 billion, according to a new report from the Specialty Food Association (SFA) produced in conjunction with research firms Mintel International and SPINS/IRI.
